CORE FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee NIL Collective partners and develop those relationships, in a fast-growing customer segment 
  • Onboarding new NIL Collective customers and monitoring  Deal activities to help ensure a smooth experience 
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key client contacts, you’ll be their primary point of contact for all account-related questions
  • Expertise on partner accounts, the evolving NIL environment and collegiate sports overall
  • Recommend user campaigns, events, content creation and more 
  • Create consistent communication with NIL Collective partners including data reporting, industry insights/trends, account updates, and other key metrics that are important to our partner
  • Expert on the Opendorse platform to knowledgeably onboard new partners and answer questions received from partners 
  • Troubleshoot any aspect of activating a campaign to quickly remedy issues or concerns
  • Gather  partner commentary on user experience and product feature sets; collaborate with other functional areas to share back key feedback to enhance the product
  • Travel to NIL Collective events to help execute mass NIL opportunities to ensure seamless athlete and donor experiences 
  • Collaborative partner with our Sales team to help advance NIL Collective sales efforts
  • Additional Responsibilities – this is an ever evolving and growing space, additional responsibilities will arise, being able to adapt to those will be key to your success in this role

    WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

    • Understanding of the digital/social, sports/athlete landscape including trends, key players and terminology 
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment 
    • Goal orientated with proven track record of managing deadlines 
    • Some background or experience with a Sales team is a plus 
    • Passion for and strong interest in social media and the athletes and brands who utilize it
